Our client, a local regional provider of Mobile Network Engineering Services with local presence in Indonesia is looking for a qualified and potential person to be assigned as a IT PROJECT MANAGER and SYSTEM ANALYST for its JKT office.

IT PROJECT MANAGER (One Year Contract)
JOB PURPOSE
• Describe the purpose of this job, and how it contributes towards achieving departmental / organization objectives.
• Delivery of IT project in Indonesia within budget and on time while meeting users' requirements, developing/updating project plan and formalize reports to IT in Singapore HQ
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Initializing, planning, executing and closing IT project(s).
• Building client relationships, stakeholder expectations and providing project leadership.
• Managing of software Vendor and to ensure project team completes the project(s).
• Ensuring project(s) is delivered in budget, on schedule and within scope.
• Communicating project status, escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team.
GENERAL REQUIREMENT
Qualification
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Engineering Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 8 yrs experienced specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
• Problem Solving Personal Credibility, Leadership of People, Influence and Persuasion
• Strong Interpersonal and communications skills, self management, decisiveness and self confidence in IT Technology.
Experience in the following:
• Business Knowledge and Business Client Partnership,
• Inventory-Financial/Business Impact,
• Requirements Analysis, Design and Integration, Manage Development, Solution Implementation and Post Implementation Support/Testing,
• Project Management, Business Process Quality and Vendor Management.

SYSTEM ANALYST (Six Month Contract)
JOB PURPOSE
• Describe the purpose of this job, and how it contributes towards achieving departmental/organization objectives.
• Assist IT Manager in the execution, development and administration of IT Business Solution application.
• To continually maintain and improve business solution applications
• To keep corporate business solution application stability and security
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Key responsibilities are concise statements of the important outputs which in total make up the Overall Job Purpose Statement.
• Execution of a continued enhancement and improvement of IT Business Solution Applications.
• Facilitate technical assistances and trainings. (Business Solutions)
• Database administration (SQL)
• Assists in the preparation and generation of Critical Operations and Management reports
• Tests, applies and implements new programs and systems introduced.
GENERAL REQUIREMENT
Qualifications
• University graduate, preferably in Computer Science/Engineering, or Information Technology with System Application & Microsoft SQL
• Analytic and systematic, can withstand urgency of assignments and overtime work
• Windows 2000, Pro/XP, 2000/2003 Servers, Internet, Intranet, Web, HTTP, TCP/IP, Majority of Microsoft Products, ERP system, business application soft-wares,
• Good command of English and interpersonal skills
• Can work beyond normal operating hours
Experience in the following:
• Microsoft Navision, Microsoft SQL
• Reporting packages and business intelligence software
• Development, execution and administration of business applications
• Supporting and maintaining Business Solution Applications (Accounting software, ERP systems, etc)
• Involvement on actual ground system deployment
• UATs, Scripting, Functional and Technical diagrams and write-ups.
• Database administration (SQL)
• Assists in the preparation and generation of Critical Operations and Management reports
• Tests, applies and implements new programs and systems introduced.
